Ben, or Mr. Go-To as he’s known here at WesTec, has been with the company since he first graduated from Texas A&M. Along with a BS in Economics/Business, Ben is also a MS SBS (Microsoft Small Business Server) Certified Specialist, Servers & Workstations. He specializes in network installs, configurations, and a wide variety of operating systems such as Linux, MAC/OS; Applications: MS Exchange (all versions), Server 2000 & 2003, SBS 2003 & 2008, Office Suites and all versions of Windows.

Charles started off as a system installer for Xiaotong Electronic Inc. back in 1992 and has made his way up to a senior technician here at WesTec. Charles not only holds a BS in Electronic Engineering, but is also a Cisco Certified Network & Design Associate, not to mention also hold certification from Novell as a Certified Network Engineer. In his years of experience, Charles has become a pro at installing and configuring a wide variety of software and hardware such as Windows Server 2003, 2008, Desktop OS, Exchange and IIS.

Roland starting working for WesTec Services back in 2006 and is one of our main software developers, specializing in working with VB (6|.NET)ASP(Classic|.NET, Java Script, VBScript, WSH, XML, XSL, XSLT, Visual C++. Roland is not only just a Microsoft Certified Professional, but is also an Altiris Certified Professional & Engineer. He has vast experience in dealing with installing and configuring servers, workstations, networks and not to mention his knowledge of a long list of operating systems, such as all versions of Windows, Linux, ; Applications: MS Exchange, Server 2003, SBS 2003, Office 2003 & 2007, Windows Mobile, MS SQL, MS Access
